Pierre Berrange

I came across Pierre when I was still a Personal Trainer and he was looking for a PT to help him shred of the weight. He mentioned to me his previous trainer screwed him over with money and also wanted money to help him with his personal life so he grew away from getting a trainer but he took the risk and signed up with me this was in November of 2019. His main goal was to look like the rock as he was inspired by him, He was well aware that it would take years to achieve. Before the pandemic he was stressed out due to work and there was a time where he wanted to skip so I mentioned to him put your stuff down, come to the gym and lets destress, we had a monster 2 hour arm workout and after he want home, felt so much better and he completed the work he had to do but in a calm manner.(Mental Foundation was building). I Mentored him before I became a coach as I passed on knowledge first (Building on the basic, mentor) and then enhanced it (Coaching). Then the pandemic HIT and I Encouraged my athletes to go online (that's when I experienced online coaching for the first time). During that time PIERRE experienced the following.... ​ A) A Financial Loss of over a million rand B) He could not see his boys due to level 5 lockdown C) He had a slight heart attack due to stress. ​ He was in tears, heart broken and Due to my encouragement, My Guidance and NEVER leaving his side plus he had GOD with him he never gave up and lost a total of 28KG in a year and a half. During the time he lost 10 kg in 4 months face to face and when the pandemic started he lost 18kg in 8 months from Feb 2020 to October of 2020. Went back to the gym still coaching online via Whatsap he stagnated up until June of 2021 due to not doing his morning cardio which was stepping for 30 minutes to an hour or cycling, not following the guided Eating Plan. (He was aware about his ill discipline lol) we all go through it no one is perfect but he still trained. We even went as far as downloading the rocks program and eating plan, I just added and took out some stuff and we smashed it, I watched his form over Whatsapp video call and communicated to him (Which extremely crucial) as of today he took my knowledge and applied it and his still Going strong. My Solution: Not pushing money, Showing kindness, being there for my athlete, guiding him in the right direction, building him up from the inside out (Mentally) by encouragement and motivation.

Shenean Van Heerden

I got approached by one of the PT that Shenean was looking for a PT as the PT had no space for Shenean as she was fully booked, i was extremely GRATEFUL that the PT did that. Shenean informed that she had lower back problems and was overweight plus she mentioned she was vegan due to personal choice and i was fine with that. Her Goal was to loose 10 KG. Shenean signed up in November 2019 and we started. As we proceeded she loved to say the words "I CANT" or "I DONT WANT TO DO THIS OR THAT" lol, its ok as I had to build up her mental strength and mentor her BEFOR. For 4 months weight stagnated but she got stronger. Pandemic hit and took Shenean experienced a financial cut but I was still there and still mentored her. A benefit I offered is that my athletes can train as many times and for as long as they want WITHOUT price increase, I gave them R8000 of service and I charged them R1500 and I was happy, this is what I do I give more than I receive and I will always be like that, Shenean got to her goal weight of 55kg in 6 Months and wanted to focus more on getting stronger as she achieved her GOAL weight. Before the pandemic Shenean squatted 20k, benched 15kg and deadlifted 25kg. Shenean never had weighs and worked with bodyweight training she canceled her gym subscription. I asksd if she was happy and said yes She loves it, she's safe, she was happy, it was at her home, no fees, no waiting for equpiment or have to clean up after another person, she built build her own in a garage. Once I took Shenean onto a power training mentoring she managed to pull off a 30KG Bench Press, Squatted 50kg for 1 rep and deadlifted 75kg for 1 reps. Plus i got blamed LOL as Shenean went of being vegan and onto a guided meal plan which consists of eggs, chicken and meat lol. Her Body was craving it and due to her going on a balanced meal plan that's how she managed to get stronger as protein builds muscle. She did however manage to put weight back on which was the changing of the meal plan and also she managed to put on muscle as muscle weighs more than fat so on average she put 5 to 7 kg of muscle within 1 year and the rest is water and abit of fat. She did mention that bread is a weak food lol so she would eat loads of it.(Ill discipline kicked in lol) Like I mentioned we all go through and no one is perfect. Once sheneans finances were back on track she informed me that she would pay me more and it was due to my services, she was seeing results she was happy and she knew that this is my lively hood( Such a wonderful and kind hearted athlete) Shenean stayed with me for 2 years, first year was to drop the weight off build on her mental strength as that was her biggest enemy and the year of 2021 she added muscle and got stronger that's when I started the coaching as i enhanced her knowledge, first year mentoring second year coaching. Her achievements came from ONLINE COACHING. What A WARRIOR.

Mari Van Der Merwe

Mari was in search for A PT so i reached out, spoke and signed her up in February 2020. Maris goal was to put on weight and live a healthier lifestyle. She weighed 44KG when she signed up. Pandemic hit and went online, she had no weights and had to borrow weights from her family, she had a set of 20kg in total with a 20kg sand bag and we trained with that up until last year 2020 October. She did struggle to consume food as she was afraid to put on fat and not muscle so i explained that you will put on clean muscle between 5 to 7 kg a year provided that you eat clean and as time went on she started to eat alot healthier even if it was 3 times a day she had to stretch her stomach to consume good quality foods. She did share a story where they moved and she and her sister unhooked a trailer filled with her house stuff and pushed it. She was shocked about the strength she had as well as her pants could not fit anymore and her glutes started pushing out. Another record that she had was During that month before the pandemic I was doing a plank challenge and within 2 to 3 weeks she broke my previous athletes record by doing additional minute and 37 seconds with a 20 KG ball on her back she went again after I encouraged her when the gyms opened and broke her previous record by doing 3 minutes and 15 seconds in 2020 in October and last year October of 2021 she added additional 10 kg making 30 kg but this time with plates and did 1 minute and with a 40kg on her back 15 second send of November when the gyms opened and di3 minutes and 15 seconds. She then went for it gain a few weeks after and added 10kg which gave it 30 kg on her back at that time she put on 6 kg weighing he record was 1 minute and she broke it by 23 seconds, I build her up from the inside out not outside in as it starts with the mind and her results came from online coaching where she retrained at home then moved to the gym I call her THE QUEEN OF PLANKS. W hat a warrior and what a champion.
